The International Workshop on Innovations in Delivery of HIV Care, taking place as a virtual program on 21-22 June, 2021 aims to provide an opportunity for presenting changing strategies in the delivery of HIV care. The deadline for abstract submissions is April 30, 2021 at 23.59 CEST.
This programme will be primarily experienced-based, and supported by state-of-the-art lectures, plenary discussions, and abstract presentations. The workshop will focus on the needs of the patient and how these can be delivered effectively under the increasing constraints and opportunities available within HIV care.
The workshop will cover, among others:
- New strategies for delivery of care for the well, virological suppressed patient including primary care, virtual clinics, patient-led tools as well as changes in clinical delivery of care within the hospital setting.
- Strategies for delivering optimal care for co-morbidities including joint clinics with other areas both in-person and virtually.
- Priority Populations and strategies to optimize virological success and care.
- Patient orientated needs and how to achieve these within any new strategies implemented.
