Background: AFEW International’s Project
In 2023, AFEW International initiated the project “Bridging the gaps – effective sex treatment response for LGBTI communities affected by problematic chemsex” within the Share-Net International Activation Grants program. AFEW International was among the 13 grantees selected through Share Net’s participatory selection process.
AFEW International embarked on comprehensive research, collaborating with sexual health service providers to gather insights and best practices. The findings will serve as the foundation for developing a practical guide targeting policymakers and sex counsellors, with the goal of supporting individuals seeking healthier, drug-free sexual experiences.
Stay tuned for updates on AFEW International’s progress!
