The Council of Europe’s Office in Chișinău has launched a call for proposals under the project “Enhancing Diversity and Equality”.
One grant of up to €64,000 will support initiatives that combat discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and sex characteristics. Eligible actions may include countering hate speech and disinformation, promoting inclusive narratives, supporting advocacy and educational campaigns, and advancing legal protections for LGBTI persons.
Deadline for proposals: 14 September 2025
