This summer, Montreal Canada will host the first International HIV Documentary Festival ATLAS DOCS 2022.

At AIDS 2022, the biannual AIDS conference that will take place from 28th of July till 2nd of August 2022
in Montreal, Canada, Les Enfants Terribles organizes the 1st international HIV Documentary Festival.
This festival screens, apart from their own work, HIV related documentaries made in Africa, Russia,
the United States, Europe and South-East Asia.

Thursday 28th of July, 14.30 with screening the multiple award-winning short documentary
Looking for Curtis and the award-winning Television Documentary “I will speak, I will speak!”
Cinéma du Parc
Friday 29th of July, 14.30, 17.30 and 19.30 documentaries made in Africa.
Saturday 30th of July, 14.30, 17.30 and 19.30 documentaries made in the Americas.
Sunday 31st of July, 14.30, 17.30 and 19.30 documentaries made in South-East Asia.
Monday 1st of August, 14.30, 17.30 and 19.30 documentaries made in Russia.
Tuesday 2nd of August, 14.30, 17.30 and 19.30 documentaries made in Europe.


After the screening there will be a Q and A with the fi lmmakers and the protagonists.

Les Enfants Terribles is a Dutch non-profi t storytelling company founded by Erwin Kokkelkoren and
Bert Oele. After a long international career in theatre, for the last 15 years the company specialized
in storytelling about PLWHIV (People Living With HIV)
Kokkelkoren and Oele, living with HIV themselves for over 30 years, created the ATLAS project,
for which they produced hundreds of filmed, photographed and written portraits of PLWHIV, living
on all 6 continents.
