The BEARR Trust is inviting applications for up to £4,000 for joint projects that promote the long-term partnership between two or more CSOs supporting vulnerable people in any area of health or social welfare. Applications are welcome from CSOs in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan or Uzbekistan.

The BEARR Trust will also be inviting separate applications for up to £1,000 from existing grantees in Ukraine and Moldova for projects aimed at building organisational resilience. These grants are designated specifically to support activities that improve the welfare of staff and volunteers, as well as to improve the organisation’s resilience.

Projects should normally be completed within six months of the receipt of funds, and applicants are expected to complete a monitoring form and to write an article about their project for publication on BEARR’s website.

The deadline for submitting applications is Wednesday 15 February at 23:59 GMT.

On Wednesday 01 February 2023 at 11:00 (GMT), the BEARR Trust will be holding a one-hour webinar to talk prospective Project A applicants through the 2023 Small Grants Scheme application process, so that you can ensure that your project is appropriate, and that your application is as strong as possible.
