Our team recently completed the ABCD training of trainers, equipping us to apply the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Unlike traditional development methods that often focus on identifying and addressing problems, ABCD shifts the perspective by emphasising the assets, strengths, and potential already present within the community. We are excited to share this knowledge with our partners and collaborate to implement ABCD principles in impactful ways.
