Capacitating Public Health Initiatives in Russia

The project aims to strengthen community-based organisations in 8 regions of Russia by enabling HIV key populations and people living with HIV to organise themselves, to realise, formulate and express their needs and by providing them the skills, tools and means to act upon these needs.
